Interesting post. I don't know how to download full workout program, but thanks for sharing.I need a website that has workouts and equipment reviews. So many of the reviews on the work out app require you pay for monthly membership fees or partial programs before downloading anything. I want someone to tell me what they do and don't like about it before buying it so I can buy something without regrets if possible... But not all reviews are transparent about this upfront either, even though its a big issue in all these types of apps too. That's why I'm asking because the app doesn't seem to have any user reviews that address this question since there isn't an active user community on it from what little research I did find.
